Fall 2019 Admissions Update

We want to keep you up to date throughout all of the Admissions process so you never have to worry. This section of our website is your tool to never miss a beat. The Admissions Office posts regular updates on where we are at, quick links to important reminders, how tos, etc., so don’t forget to check in often!

April 25, 2019

Round 2 applications are now closed. Applicants can expect a response by May 14. Check Omnivox for messages about any missing documents and for your application status.


April 16, 2019

If you need or want to improve your English skills before beginning your first semester, the College offers an intensive, non-credit summer course for students who have not previously studied in English. This course, Preparation for English College Studies (PECS), which has a fee, runs for two and a half weeks.

Once you’ve confirmed your acceptance, join the My Marianopolis - Class of 2021 Facebook group and get to know your future classmates!

If you've been admitted, check your email for your invitation to our Program Orientation Sessions. Some take place on campus; others are held on the My Marianopolis - Class of 2021 Facebook group page. Click here for more information and don't forget to RSVP!


March 20, 2019

If you’ve been admitted, read this article to learn how to create your account in Omnivox. Once you’ve activated your account, you can view your letter of acceptance under ‘Documents & messages’. Your official letter of acceptance is also being sent to you by mail.

Your status may still say ‘In progress’ as we are still evaluating files. Please continue to check your status regularly.

If the status of your application is 'AD- Admission-Admitted', you've been accepted, congratulations! You will soon receive an official acceptance letter in the mail. You can read this article to learn how to confirm your acceptance. 


March 2, 2019

You can check the status of your application in Omnivox. If the status is "In progress", it means we are evaluating your file. Decisions will begin to be posted as of early March and into April.


March 1, 2019

The Fall 2019 application deadline is 11:59 pm on Friday, March 1. The College is on break from Monday, March 4 to Friday, March 8. Documents required to complete your application may be dropped off at Reception between 9 am and 5 pm, or they can be emailed to admissions@marianopolis.edu.


February 25, 2019

The application deadline is 11:59 pm on Friday, March 1. It is important to send in required documents by the stated deadline. You can drop off your documents at the Admissions counter at the College until 5:00 pm on Friday, March 1, or email them.

February 15, 2019

About one in five students that attend Marianopolis receive some type of financial aid. Complete and submit the Tuition Credit online application form or the Scholarship online application form before the March 15 deadline.


February 6, 2019

We strongly suggest that you choose a second choice program on your application. If you didn't add a second choice, or if you wish to change your choices, send an email to admissions@marianopolis.edu and ask for a 'Request for Program Change' form. You will need to return the signed form to the Admissions office before 4:30 pm on February 28.

When applying online, make sure you print the on-screen confirmation or take note of your application number (7-digit student number); you will need it to check the status of your application!
