Fall 2020 Admissions Update

We want to keep you up to date throughout all of the Admissions process so you never have to worry. This section of our website is your tool to never miss a beat. The Admissions Office posts regular updates on where we are at, quick links to important reminders, how tos, etc., so don’t forget to check in often!

The application module for Fall 2020 is now open; the deadline to apply is 11:59 PM on March 1.


When applying online, make sure you print the on-screen confirmation or take note of your application number (seven-digit student number), you will need it to check the status of your application.


Admitted at another college? If you have received an acceptance to another college and must confirm soon, we can evaluate your file early. Applications for early evaluation must be received by February 28.


About one in five students that attend Marianopolis receive some type of financial aid. Complete and submit the  Tuition Credit online application form or the Scholarship and Bursary online application form before the March 1 deadline.


We suggest that you choose a second choice program on your application. If you didn't add a second choice, or if you wish to change your choices, send an email to admissions@marianopolis.edu and ask for a 'Request for Program Change' form. You will need to return the signed form to the Admissions office before 4:30 pm on February 28.


The Fall 2020 Application deadline is 11:59 on Sunday, March 1. The College is on break from Monday, March 2 to Friday, March 6. Documents required to complete your application may be dropped of at main reception between 9 am and 5 pm, or they can be emailed to admissions@marianopolis.edu


You can check the status of your application in Omnivox. If the status in "In progress", it means we are evaluating your file. Decisions will be posted throughout March into April.


If the status of your application is "AD - Admission-Admitted", you've been accepted, congratulations! You will soon receive an official acceptance letter in the mail. You can read this article to learn how to confirm your acceptance.


Although the College is currently closed, rest assured that the Admissions team is working to process all applications. Continue to check Omnivox for the status of your application. Note that we are not able to answer phone calls at this time.


As of March 16, official acceptance letters will not be mailed but will be available in Omnivox. Read this article to learn how to confirm your acceptance.


If your application status is 'Admitted', you will need to log in to Omnivox  for the first time (click on 'First use') using your 7-digit student ID number and Permanent Code. You will then find your acceptance letter under 'Documents & Messages'. You can confirm your acceptance by following the instructions under 'Confirmation for New and Returning Students' and paying the $200 confirmation fee. Read this article for more information.
