Check your application status
Checking the status of your application is easy. Simply go to the Omnivox portal. If your file has been evaluated, you will see the decision. If it has not yet been evaluated, it will say “in progress.” Admissions decisions are posted daily as of mid-March and into April, so keep checking Omnivox.
Confirm your spot
If you have been accepted, congratulations! Your acceptance letter will soon be available in Omnivox. This will include a deadline for you to confirm that you will be attending the College. To do so, you should have your student number and permanent code on hand.
First, set up your account by clicking “First use?” (right under the login button). Under “Confirmation for new and returning students,” confirm your attendance and pay your $200 confirmation fee. Don’t miss your deadline, as your spot may be given to another student.
Verify your confirmation
To check whether you successfully confirmed your spot at the College, log in to Omnivox and under “Omnivox Services”, click on “Progression Chart”. Once in your progression chart, under “Personal Data”, if you have successfully confirmed you will be able to see the following:
- The name of your program
- Your cohort (that just means your class, in your case 2023-2025)
- Your program term number (that just means which semester you are in, in your case it will say: 1)
